Design consultation fees are due at the time of service. Project deposits are required before work begins, with final payment due upon completion. Specific payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled consultations may be subject to fees. Project cancellations after materials have been ordered may result in material cost charges.
All garden designs, plans, and concepts created by Ghelroxxthrondha remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to implement the design on their specified property but may not reproduce or share designs for other locations without permission.
All content on ghelroxxthrondha.world, including text, images, and graphics, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.
While we select healthy plants and follow best practices for installation, we cannot guarantee plant survival due to factors beyond our control including weather, pests, diseases, and maintenance practices. Any plant warranties are provided by suppliers and will be communicated in project agreements.
Our services are provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding specific outcomes or plant performance beyond our professional expertise and industry standards.
Ghelroxxthrondha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
